Job Description
𝗘-𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:We are looking for a highly coordinated e-commerce manager (𝗘𝗕𝗔𝗬 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁) to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites. The e-commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. In so doing, you should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required.

To ensure success as an e-commerce manager, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce. Ultimately, a brilliant E-commerce manager will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and a/b testing and reporting.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
• Work with developers to improve website speed.
• Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
• Re-platforming website to new CMS, making website mobile capable.
• Research the market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
• Analyse various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates, and email marketing, and social media.
• Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
• Report on performance.
• Create product listings for electronic devices, verify details for products, quality control of products, maintain inventory counts across multiple platforms, and assist with operations.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager.
• At least 1 year of E-BAY Sales experience.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing marketing and tech teams.
• Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis.
• Strong marketing and tech background.
• Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels.
• Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
• Degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field.
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
• Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
