💪 Classic Barre is never an “easy workout” by any means, but the low-impact steady pace of the class makes it appealing on almost any day of the week. The tiny movements in those even smaller ranges of motion are perfect for building muscular endurance to help you keep that final hold a little longer class after class.

💗 Cardio Barre, while still low-impact, takes all those same benefits of classic barre and adds a little glitter to the show. You’ll sweat in both formats for sure, but with continued cardio barre classes, your aerobic (oxygen) fitness will improve and you’ll start to be able to sustain higher intensity for longer periods of time
