To those of you that haven't yet unfr6and blocked me:
I have never hidden my political views. I've never denied my stance or position.
I've also NEVER expressed hate, blocked or unfriended ANYONE, from my social media or life, just because we had different beliefs.
Unfortunately, I cannot say that about some of my, now former, friends.
8 years ago, I experienced the first wave of loss, due to my support of the Republican party and POTUS Donald Trump.
This past year has certainly been trying. These past four have been politically HORRIFIC and I am elated to move on to the next!
Tell me, what is the difference in ending a friendship because of different political beliefs and ending a relationship because of different religious ones??? In my opinion, NONE!
If you hate me because of my beliefs, if you can't continue to be part of my life because of my feelings and political choices, if you find my choices to be OFFENSIVE...
I'll miss you...for a minute...
Then, I'll chuckle to myself at your petty, thoughtless and mean behaviour and thank my lucky stars that YOU saved me from having to remove your negative, ugly persona, from my world.
In the meantime, "You're welcome."
When, after these next 4 years, you are safer, financially more secure and just generally better off, you can thank me and 72,763,616 other
