Fridays are some of our favorite days at Shower Power.

Every week, our friends gather around our tables for a meal, conversation, and a chance to simply be together. In a world where many of them spend their days feeling invisible, sharing a meal reminds all of us that community still matters.

Today’s lunch was graciously sponsored by Lakeside, and our neighbors at UMMC and Boardwalk came out to volunteer. The day was filled with good food, plenty of laughter, and the kind of conversations that remind us why we do this work. While a meal may only last a few minutes, the relationships built around the table can last much longer.
