The State Games of Tennessee offers opportunities for all ages and skill levels to compete in a wide range of sports. From youth athletes to adults, participants can experience the excitement of statewide competition while connecting with others who share a passion for sports and healthy living.

The 2026 Games feature an expanded lineup, including cycling, disc golf, eGames, mahjong, table tennis, ultimate, youth baseball and softball, youth tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, co****le, and running events like the 5K road race and trail run.

Compete for gold, silver, and bronze—and in select sports, qualify for the State Games of America.
