Take your closing the gap and kicking to a new level with Bulgarian split squats.

I like this method instead of loading up the back. Which I’ve done in the past but stopped after my adductor tendon injury.

Apply everything regarding contraction I preach about training.

Feel out all the muscles involved. Which includes muscles of the feet, ankle, calf, quad, hamstring, glute, core, etc.

Establish a higher quality mind muscle connection and you will find higher performance.

My top set today was 217lb for 12 on each leg.
