That’s why I created Beyond the Chair.

This training is for barbers, cosmetologists, nail techs, estheticians, salon owners, instructors, and beauty school professionals who want to be better prepared to recognize when someone may be struggling, listen without judgment, and respond with care and confidence.

Now let me be clear—you’re not becoming a therapist. But you are becoming someone who knows how to show up, support, and help guide people to the right resources when it matters most.

We can’t ignore mental health in our communities. We have to be part of the solution—and it starts right where we are.
