We bought a Cow! Sadie is so excited to be getting some meat with feet once again, she and Bodie are meat eaters. Say hello to a new vendor of ours, Lockhart Cattle Co. they are a six generation, family owned and operated cattle operation who focus on the health of their land, clean water, clean air and open space. They look to be doing all the right things and we want to get their beef to southeast! We will update you soon with our delivery date - some cuts we are expecting : ribeye, roast, new york, fillet mignon, burger, tip roast, coulotte, brisket, short ribs and many more!
