Nourishing Movement

Picked some blackberries on the ranch this morning. Blackberries and kefir to break this 7 day fast.

I love this picture of my friend Ron. He's been on quite a journey to regain his health and was very resistant to doing a cold plunge. We held a workshop on his property right on the Cosumnes River, which is about 45 degrees at the moment from snow melt, making its way down from the Sierras. We all convinced him to get in the river, and this picture is the result. He loved it so much that he requested another workshop the very next week!
