🔧 Technique is hiring a CNC Machinist and not just anyone.

We're talking someone who sees a blank block of material and already knows what's coming out of it.

HAAS mills & lathes. Flow Waterjet. Mitsubishi Wire EDM. Mastercam. 4 and 5 Axis. The full setup.

This is prototype work, its fast, technical, never boring. One day you're machining a fixture, the next you're dialing in a 5-axis program from scratch. If that sounds like your kind of day, we should talk.

👇 Here's what we actually need from you:

✅ You know your way around HAAS and FANUC controls
✅ You can program in Mastercam (2D and 3D)
✅ You read a print like most people read a menu
✅ You don't panic when tolerances get tight
✅ Bonus points if 4 & 5 axis doesn't scare you

Now here's the important part:

You probably know somebody. A machinist friend who's been quietly looking. A former coworker who's too good for where they're at. Someone who lights up talking about feeds and speeds at 9pm.

🌈 Spotted this rainbow over our facility on the way in this morning and honestly, it makes perfect sense.
