Team Lifeguard

Lifeguard certification requires 30 hours of instruction in topics like water rescues, first aid, CPR, along with the use of an AED and BVM. CPR training for lifiguards is rigorous, combining knowledge with practicle, hands-on resusitation techniques. Profeciency in chest comperssions on adults, children, and infants is required.
