A brief, 30 minute break to eat and recharge allows vendors to maintain their focus, creativity, and stamina. Offering a small, designated space where they can step away, regroup, and refuel ensures they return attentive and energized.

The ideal time for this break is during the couple’s meal at the reception. Since little of the formal program typically occurs while the bride and groom are eating, vendors can take turns stepping away without missing important moments.
