The 2026 budget session concluded yesterday. Although we could have finished last week, leadership decided to recess for 4 days, then have us return to Cheyenne to take three votes that changed nothing and upheld the Governor's vetoes. In light of this, I'm donating my salary and per diem for the 2 idle days to the Wyoming Hunger Initiative .gordon2019 and another worthy Wyoming non-profit. Post your favorite Wyoming non-profit in the comments, and I'll randomly choose one to receive a $259 donation this weekend.
