Found myself wanting something a bit different this morning and Delrae hasn’t been wanting to eat plan eggs so we changed things up!

Egg casserole
The great thing about this recipe is you can really make it your own with what you have! This is what ours consisted of this morning.
-6 eggs
-3 small peppers
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 tsp of yogurt
- garlic seasoning to taste
- salt and pepper
- cumin to taste
- 2tbs of milk

Grease pan. Add everything to pan and Mix well. Preheat oven to 350, bakes for 35 minutes, 20 minutes with the lid on and 15 minutes without or until you can stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean. Eat with toast, or by itself! We loved it!

Easy clean up and everyone dug in before I could even get a final picture! I hope you enjoy, let me know if you try it!
