Today, we celebrate three years of The Change Collective! 🤩
Over the last few years, we’ve held numerous local and national convenings – gathering our leaders from across the country and connecting them with support to create community-level change.
And what better birthday present could we receive than welcoming our largest fellowship cohort to date! 🎉
Today, 122 Changemakers across Chicago, Detroit, Jackson, Memphis, and San Antonio will connect at their very first Local Change Lab and dive right into their Civic Action Plans. We are beyond excited for these leaders to join our network and add to the fabric of our Hub cities.
Thank you to the Change Collective community for the remarkable network you have helped us build. We look forward to what this year brings! 💪

Day 1 of our Jackson National Change Lab ✅ We’re fired up after an inspiring day!
This afternoon, Cohort members heard from Melanie Powell (Executive Director, ), Dr. Rhea C. Williams-Bishop (Director of Mississippi and New Orleans Programs, ), and Dr. Jared Davis (2023 Jackson Cohort Alumni) on the importance of investing in the South and strengthening our communities.
Members also engaged in leadership workshops and explored Jackson’s rich culture and history as a birthplace of change. Check out our stories to see more!
