As essential members of a healthcare team, the Medical Laboratory Technician works in close cooperation with physicians and practitioners to arrive at a diagnosis and treatment plan. MLT's use technology driven automation to test all body fluids in the diagnostic areas of Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine, Immunology, and Urinalysis.
