Great leadership shows up in all sorts of ways. 🏈We can see it in Tom Brady's Confidence and poise, as he remains level-headed when your his team down, when fans are yelling, and the pressure is on to win. We also see leadership in great players that help those around them also grow. 🏀Coach Dambrot said, “Physically, LeBron is in the top percentile. But he’s playing against a lot of guys who are great physically. What separates him is LeBron being in the top percentile mentally. He has the ability to rally people, to help people who had problems on other teams play well with him. That’s special.” ⚾️And according to Alex Rodriguez in his interview with Exco Leadership + Performance, "Endurance is a big one. Baseball is a marathon, not a sprint. We played 162 games in a season, so the fact that you have to show up every day is a lot like business. Some days are good, some are not so good, and it’s impossible to be at 10 out of 10 on the energy scale every day."
