🎉 October is National Physical Therapy Month, and we’re kicking things off by celebrating our incredible CEO, Kira! 💪



Not only does Kira keep our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes, she’s also in the treatment room helping her patients feel their best. 🙌



Kira earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Andrews University in Michigan and has worked in a variety of therapy settings—including an outpatient neuro clinic where she honed her skills in vestibular and balance rehab. Today, she specializes in treating vestibular and balance disorders, as well as orthopedic injuries.



Kira is passionate about educating her patients and creating personalized rehab plans to help them reach their goals. 💙



When she’s not in the clinic, this Seattle native is out exploring the PNW, hiking, trying new coffee spots, and spending time with her adorable goldendoodle, Finnley 🐾☕🌲

We want your first visit to physical therapy to be as smooth and stress-free as possible!

✅ Before your appointment, we’ll review your insurance and reach out to you about any financial responsibility - no surprises here!

🕒 Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a few required forms. Don’t forget to bring your insurance card and photo ID so we can scan them.

Getting here early helps your therapist start your evaluation on time, which keeps your treatment (and others’) running smoothly. ⏱️

🧠 During your visit, your PT will develop a personalized treatment plan just for you, including a home exercise program to support your recovery and build strength.
