Responsibilities
- New Business Identification and Development.
- Ensure par excellent client satisfaction.
- Implement lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts.
- Utilize the company’s in-house resources to maintain and grow current accounts.
- Negotiate contract terms and establish suitable rates.
- Manage daily requirements and submissions of each assigned client ensuring well-matched candidate profiles are shared with customers.
- Assess Recruiting Team’s performance and initiate training and development activities.
- Partner with Recruiting Team to acquire sales leads and promote open jobs.
- Engage in candidate interview and hire process.
- Maintain potential client and talent pipelines via continuous networking efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of the business to increase the efficiency of the sales cycle.
- Focus on competitor analysis pursuits to solidify Neutrosys Inc’s market positioning and growth.
- Meet monthly and annual revenue goals.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 plus years of experience as Account Manager /Business Development Manager in the IT Consulting and Staffing space.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Good command of technical recruiting jargon.
- Eligible to work in the United States and should be able to work physically from our office location in Irving, Texas
