Meet Craig - one of our standout adjusters! Beyond being reliable and responsive, he shows up with an awesome attitude that exudes positivity. We asked Craig a couple of questions to get his take on the work he does as well as what drives him and here’s what he had to say:

🟢 Favorite Type of Claim? “Hurricane deployments are my favorite assignments. During those times, we meet people who have endured tremendous losses and have often gone weeks without power or water. They’re eager to rebuild and are genuinely appreciative when an adjuster arrives to help start that process. The expectations for adjusters in those situations are extremely high, but I thrive under that kind of pressure and find great satisfaction in helping people during such critical moments.”

🔵 Why Do You Choose Team One? “That one’s easy – everyone feels like family. They’re all so easy to talk to and always ready to help, without any ego involved (which is rare to find in this industry!). Katrina Flower gave me my first real start and has supported me every step of the way since. She always makes sure I’m taken care of and keeps me busy, and she has this amazing knack for really knowing her adjusters – not just professionally, but personally too. She remembers our families, personalities, and what each of us needs to do our best work. She’s earned my loyalty for life."
