2020 Summer : Kylie Christensen will be graduating next spring with a BBA in Marketing from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids. Kylie interned with the Regional Business Development team at Spero with a special focus on the U.S. Navy and prime contractors in the DoD. She brought the same grit and determination to her work that she's known for on the Aquinas Woman’s Volleyball team. She was also the jokester of the intern bunch; you might say she excels at it. 😎

Cold calling on executives in the Defense space requires tremendous resilience. Kylie was never deterred being told “NO” 40 times before getting the big “YES”! In fact, Kylie was instrumental in getting an account to the contract stage. Pretty amazing for a “beginner”. 🙌🤜

We’re excited to announce that Kylie Christensen will be staying on to continue her internship into the 2020 Fall Semester. We know big things are in store for her, and we’re fortunate to have the chance to contribute to her growth and professional development. 😉

2020 Summer : Ashlee Tolsma, will be graduating this fall with a BS in Marketing from Cornerstone University. Over the course of the summer she helped to develop over 750 new business leads for our federal sales team! Hard work is her jam!🤛

If you've ever met Ashlee you know that she is a master at balancing the highs and lows. Sales can be a tough job with a ton of rejection. You wouldn't know that from her body language, cuz she's cool as a cucumber. 😎

Over the course of her two months with us she made hundreds of cold calls and set meetings with decision makers. She had to learn the federal contracting landscape, with a specific emphasis on winning business in the . No Easy Task. 🙌Ashlee displayed a tremendous mental acuity and ability to absorb new information in a short period of time.

Thank you Ashlee for all you did to help us, and we know you're headed for big things. A special thanks to Cornerstone University for the work you do to prepare your undergrads.
