Position:
In this position, you will be responsible for general duties involving:

Recruit for multiple client orders on day to day basis.
Interview candidates over the phone and in-person to ensure only qualified candidates are hired as per the client's requirements.
Work with Marketing to boost Social Media posts, when needed.
Update the company website with new job postings.
Perform other duties assigned.
Will service healthcare & IT/Engineer industries.
Qualifications

Experience recruiting Healthcare positions OR have worked in the Healthcare field.
Must be able to work flexible hours throughout the week, due to business demands
Must be comfortable with job boards Indeed and LinkedIn
Should have experience headhunting
A Diploma or Degree in equivalent studies is required.
Shift

Monday - Friday
9 am - 5 pm

Weekends required if necessary.

Compensation
$30k - $35k + commissions
