Here’s an easy way to get your daily greens in! Chop up some microgreens and make a side salad with a dressing of your choice. 🥗 Oddly enough, we went with caesar dressing and it is bomb. 😋

We are on week 6 of eating no meat and getting real creative with our meals! 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ Plain baked potato with some gluten free mac & cheese from ALDI USA, and of course our very own homegrown microgreens! 🌱 Not gonna lie, it was SO good. 😋
