One of the most surreal experiences of my life has been buying and training on Ronnie Coleman’s actual gym equipment.

As a kid, I was fascinated by bodybuilding and grew up idolizing Arnold. Never in a million years did I imagine that one day I’d walk into my own garage and train on the equipment used by an 8-time Mr. Olympia and one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.

What makes it even more special is that Ronnie has become a good friend over the years. Every workout is a reminder of the work ethic, discipline, and greatness he represents. It’s an incredible honor and privilege to own a small piece of bodybuilding history.

Still blows my mind every time I step into that garage.
