My high school leadership group is organizing a virtual convention. This year the idea is to create a space where mental health isn't just discussed—it's understood. We are seeking authentic voices who've navigated stress, anxiety, or burnout and discovered tools that work.

Competition season is rewarding in many ways. Yes, we bring home trophies 🏆. But the biggest reward is the CONFIDENCE we gain we every competition we attend. Because students get an opportunity to step outside their comfort zone, overcome their fears and insecurities, show off their hard work (writing speeches and practicing them is not simple task) and at the end of the day they FEEL the sense of accomplishment even if they don’t bring home the trophy 🏆. That’s the reason we compete. To gain practical, real life skills of doing hard things and overcoming our insecurities through competing and learning communication skills. Students learn by doing. 😊

This winter camp we tried something new- we created digital products to learn the concept of earning money with our talents and not with our time. Excited to see what will come out of this.

This winter camp we learned new skills. We created digital products so we can earn money with our talents 😊 something new in comparison to business fairs where we earned money by exchanging our time for profits. While creating digital products we learned so much from Canva creation to digital marketing. Excited to see what comes from it.
