Columbiana Ford in Columbiana, Ohio has been acquired by Prestige Auto Group from Pillar Automotive. Originally established in the early 1990s, the dealership has been part of Pillar Automotive since 2021.

Founded in 1974, Don Mealey Sport Auto Group is a third-generation, family-owned automotive group with deep roots in Central Florida. This transaction supports the group’s continued focus on its core franchises while enabling Marine Automotive Group’s growth in the Orlando market.

Performance Brokerage Services is pleased to announce the sale of McGrath Quad Cities Harley-Davidson in Davenport, Iowa, from Mike and Pat McGrath to Steven Towers.

Acquired by the McGrath family in 2018, Quad Cities Harley-Davidson became part of a strong dealership portfolio and underwent renovations in 2019 to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The dealership is a 19,611 square-foot facility situated on approximately 1.6 acres in a high-traffic retail corridor just south of Interstate 80.
