Lots of Planned Activities to Enjoy

Dynamic Martial Arts Day Camp days are divided into a variety of martial arts-inspired activities:

Taekwondo blocks, kicks and punches
Judo rolls, drops and “grappling”
Padded weapons and sparring drills
Games, obstacle courses, arts and crafts, and more
“Freaky Friday” challenge games and movies
Your Kids Will Learn While They Have Fun

Each Day Camp day includes a special one hour session of “Dealing with Bullies.” This class is divided into 3 sections: discussion, role playing, and martial arts activities.

Each session, camp members will receive training in the martial arts , eat lunch with their friends, and enjoy fun, active games. Following our daily Bully Awareness training, we provide one hour of games developed especially for the kid in each martial artist. Favorite games include:

Each day also includes snack times and a quiet/movie time (G or PG rated) and each week ends with Freaky Friday which includes special challenge matches!

We can Provide Lunches for $5/day

New this year, we can provide lunch for $5 per day per child. Menu will include choice of sandwich (peanut butter & jelly or turkey & cheese) and fruit slices (apple, banana or seasonal), granola bar, and a drink. Please pre-order lunches when registering so we can plan appropriately.

What Kids Should Bring

Parents must provide any additional snacks and a water bottle drinks. Parents who don’t choose our lunch option must also provide a lunch for their child. Kids should wear clothes they can be active in, but karate uniforms are not required.
