JANUARY IS NATIONAL MENTORING MONTH

In 2022 Uprite Construction implemented its first official mentorship program. Since that time, it has played a pivotal role in shaping our employees’ and overall company’s success.

Our mentorship program helps foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous learning within our organization. Mentors are hand picked for mentees by our management committee, ensuring a personalized connection between the pair. This one-on-one guidance goes beyond the traditional task training and focuses on skills and advice for the mentees to thrive in their current roles and develop into future leaders of the company.

Since the program’s inception, feedback from those that have participated has been overwhelmingly positive, from both mentors and mentees. Among the many reasons this program has been found to be successful, none is more important that the strong sense of camaraderie and cohesion among our employees. This program not only enhances mentor and mentee professional development but contributes to a positive and supportive work environment.

As we continue to expand in our existing and new markets, the mentorship program stands as a testament to our dedication to cultivating a workforce that is the driving force behind our success. Shaping the future of our company by investing in the growth, development, and leadership potential of each individual.
