Finished up this complete kitchen gut and remodel. Tried elevating it with an organic modern feel: white shaker hardwood cabinets with clearcoat Douglas fir accents. Custom recessed vent hood, new appliances, floating shelves, Dutch door, mud-room type bench seating with paneling, marble backsplash, Q-quartz countertops, in-drawer charging stations, and much more.

Just completed an entire exterior renovation of this Mediterranean beach house in Balboa.

All new color coated smooth stucco in place of original.

Corrected waterproofing issues and installed new exterior plank style ceramic exterior tile on both 2nd and rooftop decks.

Installed all new drainage on decks, replaced all electrical and lighting, new copper scuppers & gutters.

Stripped hot dipped galvanized railing and staircase down to bare metal and application of new paint.
