Twelve years ago this young soul began a foolish journey into customer service, and it’s a shame it took ten years for me to awaken to the concept of using my business degree to start my own business. But that’s neither here nor there. I am JQ. Most recall me under different names, but the only name that matters to me now is JQ, since it’s the only name that has remained despite several chaotic ups and downs.

I’ve been shaped by this journey I tread, and I would love to see others join me on this path, but fear overwhelms me some days as I question my own motives and even my own drive. My passion lies within writing, due this being the truest form of expression for my soul. Ironic the introverted writer went into customer service, a field designed to help others, but it’s where the dice landed.

Again twelve years have passed since I began this journey. Can’t wait to see what the next twelve bring for me, perhaps my words will reach someone who wants to support my dream of writing novels all day every day. Although I’m accustomed to being shunned and ignored by anyone that refuses to support my foolish dreams.
