I’ve enjoyed being your guide so much, I added on another class! VinYin & Sound, the perfect combination of strength, stretch, and serenity.

This 60-minute experience starts with an energizing vinyasa flow to build heat and vitality, followed by a restorative yin practice and calming sound bath to help you relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul.
