60 days in and I’m not gonna lie people really thought I was on crack 😂 The homies keep looking at me like “bro you good?”Family members asking if I’m sick.Nah man 😂 I’m just fine!

I started this because I want to be healthy for my kids. I want to be around for them and actually lead by example the way I always preach to others. And honestly, I’ve tried a LOT of diets and health changes over the years. Different meal plans, different routines, different approaches. But I know myself… I’m an extreme person. So I was looking for something effective AND extreme. Something that would really challenge me mentally and physically and force a real reset.

This Dr. Sebi cleanse/diet has honestly been the most effective thing I’ve done so far.Yeah, the results are dramatic… because I’m doing something dramatic.

For the first time since my 20s I can feel my body healing.
my inflammation is going away, my joints feel better, I stopped snoring, my mental clarity is sharper, my discipline is stronger. I didn’t have some crazy plan when I started. A good friend of mine does this cleanse every year and inspired me to finally take the leap. I just knew I needed a reset.

And honestly this whole thing grounded me again. Sometimes we need to strip everything back down to the basics so we can rebuild stronger. Life is simple. We just complicate it. I know it’s hard out here and trust me, this wasn’t easy at all. But sometimes you gotta take that leap of faith and lock in for your family. ❤️‍🔥
