Our 24,000 sq ft facility features 15 multi-use practice tunnels, circuit training room, and fully-stocked Pro Shop. Extra Innings is a year-round indoor baseball and indoor softball training facility that is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of players of all ages and abilities. Our state-of-the-art facility has over 24,000 square feet of training space, which includes indoor batting tunnels and a fully stocked pro shop. We also have a members-only area and a private birthday area.

At The Lab, we’re grateful for the freedoms that allow athletes to dream big, work relentlessly, and pursue excellence every single day. The values that built this country - hard work, perseverance, sacrifice, and resilience - are the same values we strive to develop in every baseball and softball player who walks through our doors.
As you celebrate with family and friends, take a moment to appreciate those who have served and sacrificed to protect the freedoms we enjoy.

The membership door will be activated at 7:30pm for those who will be out this evening for Members Only access, but please use discretion.
