🌿 I’ve decided to start something new with my teaching — monthly themes! For September, we’re diving into the hips (also known as the Hara energy center).

Some people believe the hips are where we hold the root and sacral chakras, connected to our grounding, feelings of safety, family issues, sexuality, and life force energy. Ever have any issues with those things?

But the hips don’t work alone — they’re deeply connected to the legs and feet. You can’t move one part without affecting the whole system. So we'll get into those details too!

Now, this doesn’t mean every single class or private session will ONLY be about hips. If you’re working with me privately and your biggest issue is in your shoulders or back, we’ll still address that. But even then, we’ll weave in a little hip focus, because in Bowspring we always see the body as a whole system. The hips are just one doorway into that bigger picture.

Tight hips can often show up as pelvic floor problems or low back pain, so this theme is really about exploring how freeing the hips can help everything else feel better too.

So whether you’re in my group classes, private sessions, or virtual classes, September will have a common thread: a deeper look at how the hips support us from the ground up.

Come join me this month if you’ve been feeling tight in your hips or low back! And go ahead and reach out if you've been wanting to start something for a while and don't know how to begin.

So many women are finding real healing for their pelvic floor with Bowspring… but have you ever wondered why it works so well?

In this chat, pelvic floor PT Laura Grabowski explains the connection between posture, breath, and long-term pelvic floor health. She says it in such a clear way—I think you’ll really love it.

If you’ve ever dealt with leaks, prolapse, or core weakness, you’ll definitely want to hear what she shares.

✨ Ever wondered what a pelvic floor physical therapist thinks about Bowspring? I had a great conversation with Dr. Katye Tuyo, PT, DPT — who not only uses Bowspring in her own movement practice but also weaves it into her clinical work with patients.

We talk about how posture, fascia, breath, and strength all play a role in pelvic floor health — from postpartum healing to prolapse to incontinence.

You’ll definitely want to hear her perspective. 🌀
