All month long, Nettle is $1 OFF!

If you're looking for something refreshing during these hot summer days, try crumbling Nettle over a fresh salad. Its bright, herbaceous flavor pairs beautifully with crisp greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, berries, and a light vinaigrette. It's one of our favorite summer meals!

American Cheese Society Conference

Next week we'll be heading to **Louisville** for the American Cheese Society Conference, where cheesemakers, retailers, distributors, and cheese lovers from across North America gather to celebrate all things cheese.

We're still looking for volunteers to help during the conference. If you've ever wanted a behind-the-scenes look at one of the country's biggest cheese events, this is a great opportunity!

From Indiana to New York: Summer Fancy Food Show Highlights

Last week we had the opportunity to attend the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, where we spent several days connecting with current distributors, meeting buyers from specialty cheese shops—primarily along the East Coast, but also from across the country—and introducing even more people to Tulip Tree Creamery.

It was a fantastic show filled with great conversations and new opportunities. We were proud to be part of the Indiana Pavilion, alongside our friends from Sechler's Pickles and Smoking Goose, showcasing some of the best foods Indiana has to offer.

We're incredibly grateful to Indiana Grown for their continued support in helping bring Indiana-made products to a national audience. Here are a few photos from the show!
