🚧 Project Update: Dallara Simulator Addition 🚧

Construction is officially underway on the Dallara Simulator Addition in Speedway, Indiana!

This week, our team broke ground, kicking off the project with demolition and transitioning into site earthwork. We’re currently grading the building pad and beginning excavation of the retention pond as we prepare for the next phase of construction.

With more than 22 years of experience in project and program management, Debra Kirby brings exceptional leadership, expertise, and dedication to her role as Project Executive at Dillon Construction Group.

Specializing in healthcare and life sciences construction, Debra is passionate about creating spaces that foster innovation, support healing, and positively impact the communities they serve. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to strong client partnerships have made her a trusted leader on some of the region’s most complex projects.

Having worked on both the construction and owner’s sides of the industry, Debra offers a unique perspective that helps drive successful outcomes for clients and project teams alike. She especially enjoys the teamwork and innovation that come with design-build projects, where collaboration turns big ideas into reality.

Congratulations to Arrow McLaren and Christian Lundgaard on an incredible victory at the Sonsio Grand Prix this past weekend, and to Graham Rahal on a strong third-place finish.

One week ago, we had the privilege of sitting among some of the most talented, respected, and inspiring teams in our industry at the 18th Annual NAIOP Indiana Real Estate Awards. Being in a room filled with that level of creativity, dedication, and passion was truly humbling.

We’re incredibly honored to have received the People’s Choice Award for the second year in a row—this year for the McLaren Racing Center in Indianapolis, alongside Studio M Architecture & Planning.

This recognition means so much—not just for the project, but for what it represents. It’s a reflection of how far we’ve come as an organization, the trust placed in us, and the incredible team and partners who continue to push us forward.

Proud to celebrate the reopening of Merchants Bank of Indiana’s newly renovated branch on Meridian Street in Carmel, Indiana.

As a trusted construction partner, DCG has had the privilege of delivering multiple projects for Merchants Bank including this branch and two buildings on their HQ campus—helping bring their vision to life through thoughtful design and ex*****on.

This updated space reflects a continued commitment to enhancing the customer experience while delivering the trusted service the community relies on.

Exterior work is coming together with brick and siding complete and prep underway for final paint.

Inside the units, final paint is nearly wrapped, appliances are going in, and punch out has officially begun—marking a major step toward completion.
