First Released in the Gym Hero’s expansion this Psyduck with a gold W Wizards stamp was included in the August 2000 issue of Top Deck Magazine.

1999 Pikachu E3 Promo

Released in May 1999 at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles, it was the very first Pokémon promo card distributed in the West. 2 variants of the card exist, red cheeks and yellow cheeks.
