Doing most of the work themselves, they rebuilt and now call it home. Being part of such an extensive remodel gives Chad a better perspective when working to get his client’s home sold. This experience also helps buyers when they purchase a new home. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Broad Ripple Village Association (BRVA). He is also the chairperson of the Broad Ripple Historic Home Tour. This is one of the largest fundraisers for the non-profit BRVA organization.
