Mental Mondays: Sometimes we are looking at others life and they are always smiling a your thoughts is they have it all together! Realistically some people have learn to mask very well! Some are merely hanging on by a thread! Some are tired,frustrated, and angry with life! Some are torn and confused! Some are beaten and battered! Some our copying! Some are feeling hopeless! There are a number of reasons that has people at these points in life! If I can be some encouragement to who all are struggling you got this keep pushing and keep showing up! To the ones that don’t know how to deal with the ones who are struggling let me also encourage you to learn to be kind bc you never know what your words and actions could do for a person at any given moment! 04/13/2026
