Seeking field maintenance techs with a sense of humor and pleasant demeanor. Creative problem solvers welcome! Performs maintenance service such as light bulb changes, trash removal, minor roof, siding, gutter, door, and window repairs, painting, and drywall for well-established HOA and Condo Association Management company.
Light plumbing and electrical is desirable. Knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices and safety procedures within the field is a must. Must have truck, basic tools, and driver's license. Tech expected to drive own vehicle to associations predominantly inside Center Township, which is why we provide a fuel reimbursement and a cell phone allowance. Please do not apply if you do not have any of the above.
