Services Technician

Job Summary:

The Services Technician’s main responsibility will be to support and execute the full scope

of the Multiply Services team across our various customers.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

– Provision, configure and deploy computers for various clients
– Handle light to moderate shipping duties - both incoming and outgoing deliveries
– Process returns
– Perform laptop and desktop erasures
– Run diagnostics on all assets.
– Sort and maintain an organized inventory
– Learn laptop repairs for both PCs and Macs (no previous experience required though must not be intimidated by technology and have a strong willingness to learn new things)
