She started as my unofficial VP of merch, keeping me in check with what’s cool - to now teaching TRX, Fuze, and is wrapping up our reformer training program and becoming one of our most loved gals! We couldn’t do what we do without you!!!

Oh and she specifically said that the only thing she wants for her bday is a full Fuze class tmrw at 6pm, soo GIVE THE BDAY GIRL WHAT SHE WANTS! (Swipe for proof)

Walk Club is BACK baby.. Join us on Tuesday Evenings for (wine!) walks! This is a FREE event for EVERYONE (being a member is not required!) We just ask that you sign up on the MVMT House app so we know how many people to expect!

Tuesday evenings at 6:45 - starting May 26th.

Bring your walking shoes and a tumbler - we'll have some wine, but as with all MVMT events, you're welcome to bring something for the group.
We'll meet at MVMT House and then hit the Monon!
