Sixty years later, its continued purpose is to serve as a single point of contact representing a broad base of community opinion to provide an organization through which residents of Decatur Township can develop a stronger and more meaningful voice in governmental and civic development.

The Decatur Township Civic Council meets this Monday, April 27, beginning at 7 PM in the Community Room of the Decatur Township School for Excellence. Click here for map : https://www.decaturtownship.org/map
Guest Speaker : Jason Holliday, Decatur Township Trustee; Trustee Holliday will present information about the proposed new fire station on High School Road.
There are no land use issues to come to the membership for consideration and a vote.
Not a member of the Civic Council ? Membership is still $5 per person. You must be a resident of Decatur Township who is at least 18 years old to become a member. New members must wait 45 days before they can vote. Details can be found here: http://decaturtownship.org/members.htm
