Things don’t always go as planned and this one reminded me of that. 🏡
We hit an appraisal gap mid-transaction. That moment where deals can fall apart and frustration sets in fast. But instead of walking away, both sides came to the table wanting best for both parties.
The listing agent and sellers on the other side were incredible, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better people to navigate that with.
Moments like this are a good reminder that real estate is really just people taking care of great people.
