New study released by the FHCCI finds that since 2020 Marion County rents have increased, and vacancy rates have decreased. The study found an average increase of $200 to $300 per month. By establishing more affordable housing units in the Mapleton Fall Creek area, MFCDC is working toward a more just and inclusive society.
