Essential Architectural Signs, Inc. is an established woman owned interior/exterior signage company in Indianapolis with a combined 150 years of management experience in the sign industry. We are looking for a full-time Painter/Fabricator.

• Weekly work schedule is Monday – Friday. Occasional overtime may be needed.

A few key points about this position:

• Must be able to meet significant pressure of tight deadlines & handle multiple projects at a time.
• Reading & understanding shop drawings/renderings.
• Have the ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Painting signs using a paint spray gun.
• Mixing proper paint colors.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Experience in working with a variety of materials i.e., aluminum, steel, sheet metal, and acrylic (preferred).
• Ability to see color (required).
• Duties of this position are performed in a shop setting with continuous exposure to paints, spray adhesives, & equipment movement hazards.
• Candidate may be cross-trained in other areas as needed.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in the sign industry is preferred, but not needed.
