Poppy Hair Studio

A lot has changed since I closed Poppy in January of 2024. Shortly after closing, my life was completely altered, and my heart terribly shattered, by the death of my husband. Instead of following the dreams of having children, as I had discussed with each of you, I was busy planning a cremation, a memorial, and figuring out life without my partner in crime.

So far I have colored my hair, changed my style, got a new dog, watched my other dog become crippled, lost one of my cats as well as my turtle (because my husband clearly couldn’t live without them 😅), gained two new cats because my other cat ran away for a little bit, and have gone to lots and lots of therapy 🙃

Along the way I have also discovered how incredibly strong and capable I truly am 💪🏼 I have been hard at work, crafting a new chapter in my life and my career, for almost a year now, and I am finally in a healthy spot to invite you all along!

For the past year I have worked full time in Zionsville. And for 8 months of that year, I have been working toward a management position leading a wonderful team of stylists toward achieving their goals and aspirations in this beautiful industry!
