October 10th is World Mental Health Day. Here at CISS, we take mental health seriously. We recognize that mental health affects everyone at some point in their lives, whether through personal experience or an experience with a relative, friend, etc. We pride ourselves on looking at the big picture when our employees are affected and how best we can support them during difficult times. Struggling with mental health is nothing to be ashamed of.

We here at CISS strive to do our part to normalize the conversation, educate on how to identify and ask for help, and connect anyone going through a difficult time with resources to help them. All employees have access to an employer-paid service through First Stop Health which covers medical and mental health treatment through their telehealth program. If you are currently struggling with mental health, do not stay silent. We all have a story, and your story is safe here. Your journey is your own, but you don’t have to go alone.
