Quick tip as the temperatures are dropping quickly: Running your air conditioner on cool days can cause the unit to freeze up. Most central AC systems are not designed to work properly when outside temperatures dip below 60ºF. Think about turning off your air conditioning during these cooler days to not just prevent the unit from freezing up but to also save on your electric bill!!

Fun fact: More than 70 percent of a normal electric bill is caused by water heating and air conditioning or heating
