Englewood CDC’s apartment building, Passage, at 50 Shelby Street, is up for a .lisc Love Thy Neighborhood award this year! Located in the Irish Hill neighborhood, Passage is a 38 unit building which are all affordable and a portion of the units are set aside for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. has a Career Center on the first floor offering community serving activities and events for families, residents, and the IDD community.
